INS3281 is a compulsory 3-credit module in the Management Information System undergraduate program at VNU International School. It is designed as the first major capstone experience where students apply all accumulated knowledge to solve real business problems.
Students are faced with real challenges in information systems — including Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Decision Control Systems (DCS). These problems require analytical thinking, creativity and resourcefulness.
Uniquely, students work directly with real clients. Under the supervision of the lecturer, student teams manage the project independently — conducting client meetings, gathering requirements, building solutions, and presenting deliverables.
